From Route 322W take the exit toward PA Route 35 South and turn left onto PA-35 South. From Route 322E turn right onto PA-35 South. Pennsylvania Route 35 is also known as Washington Avenue.

Travel about 3 minutes into the center of Mifflintown and turn right onto Old U.S. 22 West, which is Main Street. The courthouse will be on your immediate right. The courthouse annex is directly across Main St. from the courthouse.

Metered on-street parking is available adjacent to the courthouse.
